Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2).It is an infectious disease which was first identified in Wuhan,China in December 2019.It has been spread very rapidly all over the world and been called as Pandemic by WHO.It is increasing alarmingly and contaminated the every country around the globe.

It is very infectious and can be transmitted to many persons from single infected individual.This virus is cosmopolitan so can be found in air,water and on land also.It has been found that,it has not been stopped by any environmental conditions i.e.; it has been spread in hotter climatic desert countries to highly cold countries.

It has affected nearly all countries in this world and the number of affected cases has crossed 1 Crore on mid night of 28 June 2020.

The virus has affected every type of countries from well developed countries like America, Russia,France etc. to countries having malnutrition problems like Somalia,Sudan etc.Every country is fighting from this disease in different manners to control its threat.This virus has made the World to stop their speed.

Government of every country is trying their best to take control over this pandemic disease by implementing different plans.Some countries has called Lockdown and some has called for partial Lockdown to sustain their economy. Although there are countries which has taken very strict decisions to control the virus and some has made the condition worst by their decision making.

Now,let's look on the performance of different countries on controlling this virus.Nearly, every country around the globe has seen its impact so its impossible to track every country that's why I have chosen the countries having more than 60,000 cases.I have found 25 affected countries having cases more than 60,000 and chosen them to show their performance till now to the common people around the world.I am trying to show the level of concern of respective government for their common countrymen and the level of responsibility of common people towards their respective government and country.

I have ignored the China totally because they have disclosed the wrong data of patients.Although we know that more than 21 million mobiles has been found switched off in China and yet they shown cases nearly around 83000 which is totally baseless.If we consider 21 million deaths then just the number of affected cases,it should at least cross 200 million which is higher than the affected cases across whole world .

Now this is based on the implementation of plan of the respective government to stop spreading of this disease in their population.So this rankings is strictly based on the percentage of population affected but not on the number of affected cases or number of deaths because for a country having less population is easy to control whereas large number of people can cause drastic increase which is very difficult to control.So the percentage of population affected is the best method to rank the country to show their planning and its implementation to stop the spread of Corona disease.Now to make it more clear,country having least percentage of population affected has done well and implemented their plans nicely will be ranked 1st and country having highest percentage of population affected has got some loop wholes in either in their planning or its implementation is ranked last.And this rankings this just based on the data till 00:40 am of 28 June (only till present scenerio and not taking account of future, please stop ......because it is irrespective of peak has came or not and when it will come).Now the ranking is as follows............

25. QATAR

* COVID-19 arrived in Qatar on 27 February 2020 as its first confirmed case was seen.Qatar has found to be on last rank (25th) as it has got highest percentage of population affected in the world with 3.34 % of affected people.The governing body is working by locking down the country and cutting off Areas with migrant workers but it is not working properly as the spread around the country is very vast.Despite of having very less population,its vast spread it highly questionable.Although it has got highest percentage of population affected but it has the least number of deaths (110) ,low death rate (approx 0.1 %) and the recovery rate is also quite high (82.4 %) which is highly commendable.

*  First case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Chile on 3 March 2020.It is found to be the second worst country and ranked 24th on this list as it has affected nearly 1.4 % population of the country which way more for a country having lesser than the moderate population.The governing body and the common people should be responsible for the vast spread of disease around the country as didn't apply the preventive measure at the correct time.The death rate is around 2 % and recovery rate is 85.2 % which is good.

* Arrival of COVID-19 in Peru was confirmed on 6 March 2020.From then it has spread so rapidly that it had infected  0.83 % of the country's population which is very high for any country having population of around 3.3 Crores.With that statistics,Peru lies on 23rd rank of this list which means it is 3rd worst country in preventing their people from this infectious virus.On 15th March,the President announced complete lockdown across the country and further announced states emergency till 30th June 2020 but still not getting the preferable result.With recovery rate of 54.1 % and low death rate of around 3 %,they are just decreasing the effect of Coronavirus in their mind but not in real.

* Confirmation of first Corona positive case comes on 13 January 2020 and after then it has caused havoc in this most developed country of the world.More than 2.5 Million case has been found which contributes 0.78 % of the total population of the country and ranked 22nd in this list.President Donald Trump announced public health emergency on 31 January 2020 and said that the threat is under control but it was just a myth.It was the most prepared country for this disease and but it is most affected country from this virus in the world.With high number of cases its low recovery rate (41.5 %) and high death rate (around 5%) made the condition worst for the common people and the government.

* In Belarus,the first confirmed case of COVID-19 was registered on 28 February 2020.It is again very disappointing to note that a country with very less population (approx 95 lakhs) was unable to control the spread of this disease.In March,the President itself dismissed the threat of COVID-19 and encouraged the workers to work specially in villages,this decision led them to got the infection spread to 0.65 % of their country's population which make them to land on 21st position out of 25 countries.Their government decision made them to pay price by getting high number of affected case but luckily the death rate is very low (around 0.5 %) and recovery rate is quite good (72.2 %) can give them some relief.

* The arrival of Coronavirus was confirmed in Sweden on 31 January 2020.Again the negligence of the government has cause a great spread of the disease thought out the country.It is also a very small country with population of around 1 Crore but with spread in 0.64 % population of the country made them to land on 20th position which shows the irresponsible behavior of government because they never imposed lockdown instead they tried to apply social distancing and the result is quite dangerous.Their death rate is around 8 % which is quite high and this will lead to  increase the tension of medical supervisors.

* The first confirmation of Coronavirus in Brazil was on 25 February 2020 and on 19 June 2020 number of affected cases crossed 1 million which is second most in term of affected cases after USA.There is a governance failure in Brazil when the President announced lockdown but the different states governor openly disagreed and imposing different measures in their respective states which cause the spread of COVID-19 to 0.60 % of country's population.With that much high spreading they ranked at 18th position out of 25 countries.Else the recovery rate is 54.3 % and death rate is around 4 % which is quite good but the condition is still very critical for Brazilian government and their citizens.

However,their recovery rate is quite good around 68.4 % and death rate is also low around 1 % which tells about their action of preparation and prevention.

According to number of affected cases they are 3rd highest in the world after USA and Brazil.But their recovery rate is quite good around 62.7 % and low death rate around 1.5 % is also commendable.

It has been said allegedly that the government is underreporting the cases but "it was an allegation made on government which is completely false" states the Egyptian Government.But we will take the data which is released by the government.The data shows that the Pandemic spread limits to only 0.06 % of the country's population which make them to stand on 2nd rank in this list. Although the recovery rate is very low around 26.7 % and death rate is on the lower side around 4 %.

The Indian government has done the best work against the Coronavirus, whether it be the applying lockdown in different stages or the introducing the new Corona app Arogya Setu.Prime Minister Narendra Modi has take all the necessary step to stop the spread of this Pandemic and succeeded mean while.It was totally a challenge to stop spread of Coronavirus in a country having population of nearly 138 Crores but thanks to the action of the Indian government,the COVID-19 just  spreaded to merely 0.04 % population of India which made India to stand on top (1st rank) of this list.The recovery rate is good around 58.6 % and death rate is also low around 3 % which tells the story of better planning and its implementation.
